Missing ~30 functions + logical interface coding and tests to be WinUSB Maker v2.0 ready for release.....

The GUI redesign and XP USB coding have some issues... I'll solve on the next work :smokecowboy:

I'll recode all functions because the GUI impact on the code structure.

I've coded all core functions on this dawn... ~4:00AM now.

I'll sleep some time. For this release is missing only the protection functions and some UI fixes to be ready to release

    I'll test today still :smokecowboy:

What about adding FreeDOS instead of MSDOS?? Thus it will be free from copyright related issues :)

Microsoft doesn't have any support for the MSDOS, he won't mind to this application I think...

But... The DOS loaded on a USB device is an recovery version... Not a full DOS. Only loads the COMMAND.COM kernel and IO drivers.

I don't think this will cause problems for me from Microsoft. But I'm open to opinions for this case.
