my wifes pc is windows 7 home premium sp1 manu acer model aspire x3960 when we first bought it i backed everything up on the 3 dvds that came with pc.first do i put 1st dvd in power up like xp or will it ask to install new or upgrade i dnot know never don windows 7 and will it ask for the other 2 dvd to be put in i know 1 is drives been into boot so im ok there just want to know is it like xp. and this is a genuine copy but i dont see any key anyehere just need some advice please thanks.
Yes, put disc one on first and yes, it will ask you for the second and third disc when appropriate. It will format your HDD and the Laptop will be restored to that of being removed from the box. Make sure to backup your pictures, music and documents etc. Hope this helps.
