You need packages from the same build number or mod the mums (and install them offline)

Also you need to install in the correct order, say you can't install the MUI packages before the main one.

If someone has a working package for 10.0.22000.1 and 10.0.22621.1 share please, so we have a single source for most known builds.
(I know the way with a test certificate, but hope someone has created MUMs and ported working build already)

Others are trivial errors

 

I know that.
But package from AzureStackHCI 10.0.22471.1000 can be ported to both 22000 and 22621 (I was able to make SVHDX package work), so it is a subject of expertise only. I lack something
