Always a problem when posting without code-tags, the forums software in most cases due to formatting will screw it and insert breaks .
It seems MS has developed a maniacal fix to release new OS every few months regardless of the fact that whether the public and corporates are ready for such a rapid release cycle. People are now slowly starting to move of XP, and MS is hoping that 9 will catch some of the laggards (or even the early switchers from XP). I see little sense in releasing half-baked OS just because it has to be every 6-12 months. Then come out with large updates and roll-ups, etc. Could this be a sign of a company in some sort of frenzy/panic. When things are not going peachy (partly blame the global slowdown), get into a panic and do something fast, even if without a lot of strategic thought. Perhaps on MDL we will soon see a lot of new threads opening soon on WIN 9 DP and what it did to people's systems.
