    My guess is that since the latest one is called Windows 8.1 with Update (no "1"), the next update will be called Windows 8.2.

    I'd say Update 2, it's weird that there's no "Update 1", but 8.2 would be a big update, something it clearly won't be.

    As Win 8.1 is already Win 8 SP1 i highly guess we won't see any SP in future :g:.

    actually, some MS guys at Microsoft Community and technet forums names the current one as Update 1
