is it important to us that "digital signature",I have WZT and i will not change to "offical MSDN" relase. wzt edition spoke many people that doesnt expires in 30, 90 days, only warning messages appear, which can we disable ?? Can you see where it says it expires in 90 days??
It patches the bytes that differ between the source and destination CD image, the end-result is a 100% identical CD image as the one listed on MSDN
Meaning we will receive the same Hash results after we change this manually in Hex editor? In same time someone wrote that one file was missing (EULA), wouldn't this make a difference on the Hash? Thanks for clarification guys
What EULA is missing? It's volume licensing! Also, funny how someone suggested the patch just serves to satisfy the MSDN SHA1 hash. Cluelessness at its best.
Read back, an usage example is given on the first page Code: xdelta3.0z.x86-64.exe -d -s {ISO path} {Delta Patch path}
You are displayed the EULA based on the entered product key, so if toy enter a retail key you are shown the retail EULA if a VL key is inserted you are displayed the VL EULA
Found something interesting with the editing. I have this image; MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.8.PROFESSIONAL.RTM.X86.ENGLISH.DVD-WZT BUILD: 6.2.9200.16384.WIN8_RTM.120725-1247 FILE: Windows_8_Pro_EN-US_x86.ISO SIZE: 2,632,460,288 byte SHA-1: B30B7D770F047CF427E836ABC048501EFF8A1FAC MD5: 99C94934E53B4E28E955D4FCB06CAAA8 CRC: A13474A9 (All match my iso perfectly) However when the 32 bytes are edited, I get a SHA-1 that is completely different to those listed in the other thread. Modified SHA1: d649779f2909daddd838147ba2d53ab7311820a0 Is this simply an iso that doesn't have an MSDN equivalent?
where we put xdelta, iso, and delta patch ?? at drive C ?? and take that command at cmd as admin ? after we can change that sha1, what the different before we change it ??? can we activated like msdn ? and it still 180? or change to 90day?
@stradlin69, if you can not run a single command maybe you should just stop here and not embarrass yourself any more? sebus
