Hmm, I'll check it out. hold on. PS> What version of WoW7 are you using? Not sure that it matters, but would like to use same version.
Hi, I appreciate that I used the diskpart script and forgot to mention where I got it from. Sorry. And I understand there isn't much of my code left, but thanks for still acknowledging me. The code looks a little chatoic TBH, I aded multi language support by just changing 2 lines. Aslo, what is the dir command for? Harry Oh and BTW loader 1.3 will be here soon. Are you still using bits from my GRLDR? Just curious.
I tried both versions of wow7, but both freeze after choosing neogrub during boot, after the "loading a20 gate...success" text. And doesn't return to boot menu.
Try putting the wow7 folder in the NST folder. I was just messing with it, and it wouldn't load the slic on my desktop til I put the folder in there. (was not like this on vmware) Let me know what happens
open cmd as admin type diskpart hit enter once diskpart is open type: list partition then hit enter let me see your partition tables once, and tell me size of your C: drive
Nope, has nothing to do with wow7 or your lo*der, was merely a tip to help them try to get a lo*der running. In this case a wow7 technique if others do not work. I could careless what activator or loader anyone uses.
Gives me an error if I type list partition, tells me no disk in the drive...lol Anyway..There's only one disk drive..that's C: drive, and it's one TB (2 500gb drives in a RAID 0 setup) There's no hidden partition in disk manager...but....there's a hidden folder on my c: drive that says "recovery" and is 163 mb
oh my bad you have to "select disk 0" first, thats my mistake lol.... Oh well. And, grub4dos has some problems with RAID. Atleast, last I read on it. So you may be hitting that snag.
So no way to get past that? Might have to wait for an .iso with the loader built into it like the old Vista one.
Can't do a bios mod..I have an Intel dp45sg. These mobos don't use slic I guess. Like I said though, it's weird..when using Vista..do a fresh install, THEN install a loader...won't work..you get a freeze..But install a distro of Vista with the loader built into the iso, it'll work just fine. So I'm pretty sure this is the problem. So I'm guessing something with RAID or the mobo stops it from working this way, if installing a loader AFTER windows 7's installation.
