Is possible that add an option "Maximum Compression" that uses "LXZ:100" and "LZMS:100" instead of "LXZ" or "LZMS" to get a smaller size? I have tested images from Windows 8.1-Windows 11. boot.wim & winre.wim uses "LXZ:100" and install.esd uses "LZMS:100". (Wimlib 1.14.3) Tested both Windows image setup.exe and WinNTSetup. There's no issue with that option.
Are any other files / folder required besides wimlib-image.exe inside the W10ui v10.34 folder for this new option to succeed?
I recommend using like "ESD2WIM". \bin\libwim-15.dll \bin\wimlib-imagex.exe \bin\bin64\libwim-15.dll \bin\bin64\wimlib-imagex.exe
I'm also for the .\bin subdirectory solution, as you can have 32bit .\bin and 64bit .\bin\x64, like the other tools have.

My bad, didn't look through if iso is created is should say "Creating updated ISO file..." did you disable ISO option perhaps? the only way iso is skipped is if powershell is no detected ---- anyway, for testing http://put.nu/files/FqN8VYX.zip
I just finished updating ISO with old v10.34 script, it works fine with UseWimlib=0 can't keep up with my old CPU, can test new script later
