    As I see, official v.1023 bios has not been flashed too (your current bios - v.0103).
    Make bios dump and upload it (run afudos /obackup.rom )

    Reboot and check SLIC with SLICtoolkit (It was the backup (you provided) modified with SLIC 2.1 Asus )
    No, as I see an official v.1023 bios is not compatible with your motherboard (according to your tests)
