    Yes, flash first official bios, reboot, enter into the bios and load Optimal Defaults, Save&Exit, flash modified bios, enter into the BIOS and load Optimal Defaults again, Save&Exit

    someone tells me how I can extract the bin from a file. exe of my board asrock b250 gaming k4, since the bios was corrupted in an update, thanks
