With new cumulative update strategy (the current contains all previous fixes) there's no real need for such a pack anymore. On a fresh install you normally have less than 10 updates (excluding Office and any drivers here). It's usally a Servicing stack update (non so far for 1803), a big Cumulative Update, Security fixes for .NET and Flash and some additional ones from time to time.

All I know is that my installation iso is over a year old and I'm having some missing driver issues that driver booster pro can't even automatically resolve so thought I might turn on windows update for once and see if that helps.

3 simple updates don't need a simplix like solution ;) Normal WU updates don't harm proper activations, only AV definitions updates can.

What are you talking about ????? Did you even check the Site ? It has NOTHING to do with Windows Update. It lets you directly download KB's from Microsoft Server.

What does? That sounds like... Windows Update, lol.

I was just referencing that other software because I like the idea of being able to get all the current drivers and things with no risk of messing up the install/activation status. The other guy says I only have to worry about AV updates and since I don't use defender anyway then I guess I'm good to just use WU... Has burned me in the past but whatever.

What would the simplix factor be in this case? You are talking about drivers, that is not what simplix is meant for, it doesn't ad drivers except the USB3.x driver installer, it installs the appropriate usb3.x drivers during windows installation..

Yeah I don't usually count on WU for any drivers at all but sometimes when you try the automatic search it will suggest to run windows update. I've never actually had that work however so even going down this path is a bit of desperation move to try and get this BT headset to work. (LG claims it doesn't even require a driver...)

I asked what the simplix factor would be, you are looking for driver integration and simplix doesn't even do that, it's an update pack, for Windows Updates.

If LG doesn't have a specific driver for it or even says it's not needed, what do you expect to find here or what to integrate?

I was looking for a 3rd party solution to get all the latest updates. From what you said in your first post I am just going to try doing an update through MS and uncheck anything AV related. It's a long shot but it's all I have to go on at the moment, definitely not a normal choice for missing drivers.

If you really don't want to update:
    1) open device manager
    2) right click on the problem device
    3) click properties
    4) go to details tab
    5) under "Property" dropdown select "Hardware Ids"
6a) under "Value" the top Hardware ID will already be selected. right click it and "copy".
6b) For example, the hardware ID for my display driver on my laptop is:
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0166&SUBSYS_21F317AA&REV_09
    7) Google the hardware ID.
    8) ?
    9 Profit!

I did that nothing useful came up. Will edit this with it a moment if anyone wants to prove me wrong.

This is one of 4 entries that show up with yellow exclaimation points after pairing the headset. I already tried the troubleshooter it couldn't find drivers.

    Code:
    BTHENUM\{0000110b-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&00000000_PID&0000
    BTHENUM\{0000110b-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000a
