Forum Rules Follow Enthousiast post friend, loads of threads on MDL about modding a W10 ISO. MSMG Toolkit may appeal to you too.
A small system drive will soon reach its limits anyway: with updates, programs, temp files etc. Bloatware doesn’t take all that much space to save you for long. For a proper job you need a bigger disk.
I find NTLite is really good at debloating, 1607 LTSB x64 at 3.8GB installed size excluding .NET Framework cache to be regenerated later roughly additional 400MB+. Downside being really expensive.
128 GB is enough for Windows 10 Home. My Windows (C) partition/directory right now is 43 GB and I also install third party programs in it. You'll just put all your data, videos, music, pictures, on another drive. You may also do away with Recovery Image or put it on the other drive to have more space.
It's enough for all win 10 editions, they all are about the same size (except N editions, they are smaller).
Superlite? what would you call a windows 7x64 ult, with a complete install & hdd space of 2.5Gb(c-drive)? -the build also runs Watchdogs, windows office 2010 portable, spectral layers, & adobe suite(all installed on another partition. when it comes to the lite version, i feel windows 10 is a Looser. have tried most of the russian flavor's of lite & superlite windows 7 & 10. windows 7 win's every time in performance. also, did you know that windows 10 freezes with a certain wifi/graphics driver, even if you use the right driver. the only solution is to use ntlite to chop out the microsoft's orginal driver to avoid the conflict.
