@xinso I'm curious to know if you ever tried to get a real Win10 WMC using your method and bits from build 10134 or 10074
I've never tried. But I don't think the Certificate package would be compatible with Windows 10 SPP service. 10240.16384 10586.0 14393.0 is the last Windows 10 that support ProfessionalWMC <package thanks BDW I'm closer but not close enough The image tells me its upgradable, set target edition seem working but then I'm still on pro
In C:\Windows\servicing\Packages, check for related packages of Microsoft-Windows-ProfessionalWMCEdition~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0.mum Code: Microsoft-Windows-Branding-ProfessionalWMC-Package Microsoft-Windows-Editions-ProfessionalWMC-Package Microsoft-Windows-Security-SPP-Component-SKU-ProfessionalWMC-Package
14393 packages are not there, there was a build where they were included by mistake 15xxx IIRC. I think it's a lost battle, I checked the key that worked on w10 wmc, is not even from win 8.1, is from win 8.1RC so I think no way we can activate with old packages from 10134
To be clear you can use the (patched) WMC on any windows from w.81 to win 11 since 2015. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...windows-10-final-possible-alternatives.61061/ The point here is more academic. Is to have the right kernel policy "MediaCenter-EnabledSku=1" to install the unpatched version.

All w10 builds until 10134 included wmc but being pre-release have certs that aren't working on final, and even if they worked they are likely to be expired as well. btw test the certs is matter of five minutes, I'll try the ones from 10074 (I have it archived), but I highly doubt thy are useful.
