i am using 19041 enterpriseg in polish language (edited enterpriseg-ppdlic.xrm-ms, disabled spp service, modified productpolicy, deleted tasks in scheduler) with native vhd boot. after many restarts and working more than 3 hours there are no problems with activation so far.

When spp service is disabled, enterpriseg-ppdlic.xrm-ms & activation doesn't matter.

But, more than 3 hours...

My experiences show no more than 3 hours for VMware and PC since 15063.0.
I don't need to check record, they are deeply carved in my memory.
15063.0\16299.15, zh-CN (You can make it en-US & zh-CN by 17134.1 license, no need to disable spp service.)
From 17134.1 forward, en-US & zh-CN.

I have no idea about that. But I never care because I can have other editions working as efficiently as EnterpriseG.

Edge & Windows Defender, not difficult. Telemetry? I port from CMGE.

Mine is far better than official CMGE too. Because
CMGE by disable,
Mine without those packages in the image structure. Of course, I have to use customized updates.

I have to know the way you make 22621.1 LTSC, i.e. Reconstruct with install.wim, or Construct with packages. Otherwise, the answer could be as like as chalk and cheese.
