    @Serg008 I don't know if you remember me.. but some days ago you told me I couldn't flash my bios because it was LOCKED (error 368 on FPT).

    Well.. I just found an important thing: FPTW64 gives me ERROR 368, but FPT.EFI WORKS!!! I successfully modified my bios and unlocked all options!!!
    Version of FPT was the same...11.0.0.1160 but in windows it doesn't work.. in EFI Shell it does!!!!

    Update
    it wasn't the efi program... but me...
    One thing I did the day before unlocked it..
    I will publish the results soon.

    you already have Dell 2.4 SLIC in bios, so install Win7, then install Dell Cert. & proper OEM:SLP Win7 key
