I dont have SPI flash programmer. Is it exist solutions for me? What about use older bios 1.20? Is it help?

Downgrade- Reflash 1.20 doesnt work. It wrote me "You select a rom image with the same version of current bios. Please select a newer version of rom image to flash bios." Downgrade 1.10 it is same problem like 1.30. Secure flash chceck fail.
