Hello , I had the .bin file dumped directly from the BIOS chip using a CH341a flasher but have no idea how to create the RW report ? Cause Windows is not yet installed on this motherboard !

Thats also good for mods, but for checking if SLIC table works you'll need installed Windows, version does not matter, can be 7 or 10.....

If there is no other ways , I have to build the rig first in order to get the RW file cause the motherboard is just lying around by itself at the moment .

    It isn't.
Sometimes modding is trial and error. But you can send me the romdump, i'll try the first mod.

[QUOTE="Lutschpuppe, post: 1837180, member: 475455"...please try this method using SLPBuilder[/QUOTE]

I tried :) My flash descriptor and SMI Bios area access are fully unlocked.
    SLPbuilder, while doing
    Code:
    SLPbuilderX64_3_6.exe /oa20:SLP25.bin /oemid:FUJ /oemtableid:PC /act:9C134SIMF51GYI8HEDJ2F47ZW
just answers "NB BIOS identified" without altering anything in flash.

OA3 works ok, I can see MSDM table after applying, which is even more confusing.
I tryed /asustek-slp21 , /asustek-clear , /asustek-empty too without succeeding. It still says "NB BIOS identified". /clearoa20 is obsolete and don't work.
Maybe I need an older SLPbuilder.

What I wanted to do, is to activate SLIC table like its done in older mods like X550VB_mod_all, X550CA_mod_all, X550LD_mod_all. Anyway, many of the files expired on sendspace, which renders my understanding of the patching procedure quite complicated.
In short we have to update 2 bytes @ 0x2301D2, 0x2301D6 and a binary blob @0x2301DE to activate SLIC table.
I noticed that only the first byte (0x2301D2) changes between mods for this Asus laptop family. Rest of patched bytes remain identical. But I just don't know what to put @0x2301D2 for my X550JX :)
