    By the way, as a curiosity: I booted up Server 2016 Tech Preview 5 and looked its C:\Windows\SystemApps folder. Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy is missing, so further proof that ContentDeliveryManager is just meant for us Microsoft's products (Server is meant for the real customers :p)
