WU only offers the rollup, the separate updates always need to be downloaded manually, all updates are listed here and at the ESU updates overview.
I checked WU and got offered KB4540688. I installed it, rebooted as prompted, and then got offered KB4550735. Everything worked as a charm.
O-kayyy.... First of all I don't know where that is, and Second I don't think ESU bypass users will be looking there anyway when all the action is here.

I have six Window 7 machines of various laptops & PC. I installed ESU Bypass Ver 5 on all of them. On some of my Windows 7 machines I had installed earlier versions of the ESU bypass, that I uninstalled before installing ESU Patch Ver5, on those machines I only got option #3 when installing ESU Patch Ver5. But I am here to happily tell you that all six of my Windows 7 machines got the March ESUs like clock work today. Thanks so much to the ESU Patch development team. for making it possible for me to keep using Windows 7 with updates.
If v5 only offers the WU patcher to be installed it means that kb...069 is already installed (v4+kb..069) and is not needed to be installed another time.
I don't know how you figure relevance, since my document only talks about the new ESU updates, with mention of the bypass tool as the method for installing said updates. So no, it's NOT "non-ESU," in fact it details the ESU patches.
A single source for a complete list of patch numbers and what they do, as well as which ones to avoid for s specified reason. For example, I have to look for every single HF not mentioned in the monthly MS update history page by hand, or wait for a forum like this to have the new edition mentioned and hope it's complete. Basically I'm helping people by showing all known HF articles in one organized document-- because we all know how bloated Microsoft's web site can be, everything scattered into pieces no one will ever know about until someone finds them all... And of course it took me forever to reply because the lousy server crashed!
ESU updates are only 2 separate updates + SSU or 1 rollup + SSU, what's there to avoid. The official tutorial is made in direct contact with the IMI-Kurwica team and @abbodi1406
