That's fair enough. Now, I shall look forward to the April updates and from then, the cycle shall continue until the end
did everything on the 1st post, have the ESU Licensing Preparation Update and didnt get anything through Windows Update besides the anti malware update i get regularly. Not the February nor the March updates, zero. Am i doing something wrong perhaps?
If you already tried the reboot and re-ran WU, you can do this: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...dates-eligibility.80606/page-110#post-1583349
if i install the KB4540688 ,then i will get the rest of the updates? ( service stack, internet explorer? )
KB4540688 = the complete Security Monthly Quality Rollup, it includes all updates except the SSU, SSU will be offered on WU when all important updates are installed/hidden.
Just installed 2020-03 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4540688) and 2020-03 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4550735) via Windows Update without issue.
I'm using Bypass v4 and I manually installed KB4540688 and KB4550735 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Everything looks OK. Thanks.
same here - esu bypass v4 still working, even with KB4550735 and KB4540688 updates installed & also running Win7 Ultimate x64 (KB4528069 remains installed along with KB4538483 of course). I'll need to test them on my bro's laptop running Win7 Home Premium X64 later on no new .net update for win7, not since Jan 2020
v4 still works because it was used to install the actual ESU check suppressor kb..069, after that update is installed no need for any bypass anymore, only for the new WU Patcher feature v5 is needed.
Moin @ All! Just successfully patched 3 Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 systems with KB4540671, KB4541500 and KB4550735. "Licensing method": KB4528069 & BypassESU-v4.7z Windows 7 will never die... never ever! ^^ (edited due to #2234)
Well, much like the majority of everyone here, when I got on my Win7 computer today, I saw that there was two updates waiting: the March monthly roll-up and March's MSRT. So, I went through and took care of those two. Had to restart to finish the install. Then, I saw another update waiting, which turned out to be March's SSU. So, I proceeded to take care of that as well. So now, I'm once again up to date on Windows Updates, at least until next month (April)'s updates. In conclusion, I'd like to say thank you to the team that's developed the bypass so that us consumers can get 3 more years of Windows Updates, as well as those here on the forum helping everyone to make sure the right software is installed to be able to get thee 3 more years of updates.
