Should not affect it and when you use lite then there is not even a need to install any of the ESU Lic. Prep. Updates, because lite doesn't patch WU to begin with.
Ah,little pb here.When I use v.6,the only options I have are: - [4] Remove WU ESU Patcher - [9] Exit 7/32,and I still have v4 and v5 folders .Is it all right?
Fine,Enthousiast ! New updated ESU Lic. Prep. Update (kb4538483) installed and fingers crossed for tuesday. Big thanks.
If I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 would I need to uninstall the bypass first, after, or even at all?
2020-04 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4550964) Download size: 330,0 MB This update does not work.
How to integrate it into the image?(bcdedit.exe /store X:\efi\Microsoft\boot\bcd /set {default} novesa on)
Maybe a bit of topic but is there a changelog about the updates? I am hoping that there will be a FLS slot limit update just like Windows 10 v1903
Afaik, there is no influence on the upgrade to 10. Did you follow all given instructions from the OP? The updates have support pages.
So far, I've installed the update on three computers. Two are desktop machines (Lenovo S20); both are connected to my router via cable. One installation required a restart and the other didn't. The third machine is an HP 840 G1 laptop; it's connected to the router via wlan (wifi). It, too, required a restart. All three machines show the installation was successful. Can anyone guess why this happened? P.S. In case anyone's interested, Windows Update indicates it can be uninstalled via the normal method.
On my tests all required a reboot when the new ESU Lic. Prep. Update was installed. Tomorrow you will know if all worked out fine.
I have two windows 7 enterprise installations, both x86 and running in VMware. one installation required a reboot after this update, the other one did not. weird update.. -andy-
