Are source code for updates already publicly available? It is strange to trust those who add telemetry and not to trust those who disable it.

I too noticed that the May v2 of the ESU Licensing Preparation Package (KB4538483) was a lot larger than the earlier February v1 ESU Licensing Preparation Package which has the same KB number. I uninstalled the May v2 version, and then I reinstalled February v1 version since all SO updates through June mention that only the earlier February v1 version is required to be installed. Presently my Win7 computers are updated through May. I have held off on installing the June SO updates.

My question is, even though I have reverted to v1 of KB4538483, are you saying that the functionality of the v2 version of KB4538483 has been bundled into the June rollup and SO updates?

Uninstall v7 of the ESU Bypass. Then install the v5 or v6 version of ESU Bypass. Then you should be able to install the latest Office updates.

Yes, all components in KB4538483 (both versions) are superseded by new versions in June updates (Rollup or SO)

Succeeded at last to install KB4556399. After scanning through the earlier pages of this thread and comparing with my installed updates, I found the KB4552921 is missing. I downloaded it (ndp48-kb4552921-x64_6912af0422fc16a14f4f398fda98117f1e2f01b8.exe) from Microsoft Update catalog, placed it in the folder of dotNetFx4_ESU_Installer, ran dotNetFx4_ESU_Installer.cmd as administrator. Installation went smoothly but only after rebooting and checking for windows update again, I found that the .NET update is no longer listed.

What are the other June updates left for installation? Windows Update offers none at present.

Thanks to all who tried to help me..

I use the Lite Version for my Windows 7 Updates. I tried to install the June Updates, but Windows told me to install KB 2533552 first, which is a Modul Installer. I tried but it says I have it already installed.
What shall I do now ?

I figured it out. I had to install SSU KB4562030 first, then I could do the other June Updates ;)

Hi. I have the same problem. Can't install the latest Office updates. I'm using v5 and recently used dotNetFx4_ESU_Installer. Keeps reporting 80070641 upon installing, on all updates. Any help what to do?

EDIT: I uninstalled dotNetFx4_ESU Bypass and everything just works :)

I believe @sluggerb used the standard Windows Update System to get to Jan 2020...

Also, don't forget to rename it to UpdatePack7R2--ie11++.exe in order to proceed a full system update including ie11

Just used the script, it works well for Windows security update and servicing stack. dotnet security update installation failed, and required manual installation as per workaround described.
Is there any plans to resolve this issue in later releases of BypassESU? Or is it impossible, and we must sadly resign ourselves to always manually installing dotnet updates?
