I noticed it was under recommended. Is that what you mean by non-security? The KB indicates security included.
Nov Rollup ESU update installed successfully through WU. No Nov NET ESU update offered through WU nor Nov SSU. I suppose that people will still be able to install next rollup month and security only ESU updates. Old SSU will be enough to make them installed as it was the case before (no sept SSU ESU was offered to download and yet people managed to install next rollup month and SO ESU successfully).
With the arrival of the November 10, 2020 "patch Tuesday", Windows Update detected and installed these updates in my Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit minitowers: KB4586827 - security monthly quality rollup for Windows 7 64-bit KB4586083 - security and quality rollup for .NET Framework 4.8 There was no servicing stack update after restart. Internet Explorer updated from 11.0.210 to 11.0.220. BypassESU-v9 was already deployed.
I have two Lenovo S20s with pretty much the same hardware and software setups. Using Bypass 9, WU finds and installs the updates as expected on one, but on the other, I have to download from the Windows catalog. The files all install fine, but it takes a bit more time. No problem. In any case, the Bypass has certainly worked again. My sincere thanks (again) to the team.

That's probably why KB4586083 was not offered as important update through WU but only as optional update ?
Hello, Can you recommend to install the esu bypass on all windows server 2008 systems even if the 2008 systems are not used for domaincontroller services?
