this option should be CHECKED. Is it...??
...god damn it. Thank you. Though, I'm not sure why I ever would have shut that off...
^^Microsoft where delivering Windows 10 as a "recommended update" so that was a very good reason to turn it off a few years ago. I never dared turn it back on again, MS are just bastards, probably they will sneak Edge or something else in that way too, if they haven't already!
Mostly like Embedded Standard 7, all will work except WU ESU Patcher till January 2023, ESU updates are the same for all then they will probably restrict them for Embedded via update.mum
Do you think you can "unrestrict" them to give an extra one & three quarter yrs of ESUs to regular Win 7? ... Also, I'm still not clear if The ESU Bypass will work on POSReady 7.
So I'll know if the ESU Bypass is working if KB5004229 and KB5004289 successfully install, right? Just wanna make sure I set it up correctly. Thanks for the hard work on this btw
lol yes, Edge was pushed as an update last year Thankfully, it can be uninstalled (as a program) through the normal way very easily.
He's not being prejudiced, he just uses another web browser and has no use for EDGE... many users are like that.
Edge is a bad Vivaldi clone, except that Vivaldi lacks all Google spyware (they spent years doing that) . Edge likely still has it with the addition MS' own crap.
Having a good idea of what's inside the sources of chromium/and derivatives is PRECISELY my way to be independent. What's yours? Being on the unofficial MS cheerleader team doesn't help for sure.
Win7 only (mostly) get updates on 2nd tuesday of each month, why don't you change WU settings to "never chck for updates" and you can check for updates manually
