    Why were the agrsm64.sys (x64), agrsm.sys (x86), smsl64.sys (x64), and smserial.sys (x86) files deleted from Windows 7 Pro after installing update KB5073695 for Windows Server 2008 R2? (on Windows 7 Professional)
