Can't access FTP...Restricted

    When I try to download this file: DFI_Lanparty_JR_GF9400-T2RS_ver_2009-03-06_SLP-ASUS-HP_SLIC-ASUS.rar from the slics ftp

    I get the following message:

    Network Access Message: Access Restricted
    Explanation: You are trying to access a restricted file on this server.

    Is there a certain login to use to access the ftp?

    I actually made my own after I couldn't access the server.
    It is located here depositfiles.c0m/files/q2g79u5ox (replace the 0 to o)

    I believe mine is a slightly higher firmware version 421

    DFI_LANPARTYJR_GF9400_N7ED421_SLIC.rar
    It has ASUS-NEW SLIC and has been tested by me.

    If there is a way I can upload it I will.

    Sounds like it was a bad error message... Now gets "Bandwidth Exceeded"...
