some of us just want a bloat free version of windows but that simple fact the you don't have to remove all that crap like windows store & xbox crap & have not much stuff running in the background
Just LOL at this thread. People don't have a clue how topics work do they and search functions. The amount of people de-railing threads on here is stupid. Mainly non English de-railing them. This thread is about - STAY ON TOPIC! [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Enterprise (N) LTSC 2021
Aside the vaguely racist tone, are you realizing that you are doing two completely opposite points in the same message? Assuming there are some off-topic messages, according to your metric, the search function works for you first, so even if people was starting to talk about the weather change, or F1 races (which is not the case) you were able to find your info easily.
Not tested personally but I assume that the in place upgrade path is still valid in general And I assume that the trick of editing HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion is still valid when doing the in place upgrade from Home/Pro/Enterprise to LTS*
No need to edit any reg. the reg will changed automatically. My method: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...struction-project.80939/page-267#post-1702364
This is a way to convert the licensing, what I mentioned on my posts above (so posting after I explained the basics and calling it Your method is a bit of stretch ), and is good to convert the licensing from almost anything to almost anything. But what you get is a (say) Pro with the license of LTSC/IoT, not the real thing. So an in place upgrade is still needed if you want a proper LTSC/IoT installation. Hence the reg way is easier/quicker
There's no racism in the post at all it's the truth. I have no idea why you even bring F1 races into this thread at all. /offtopic.
Forgot where I saw this news. It is said that Microsoft will release Windows 10 LTSC 2022 based on Windows 11 22000 + 10 UI in 2022 Q1.
21H2 EOS in 2023 for Home/Pro, 2024 for Education/Enterprise they still need to release one more Windows 10 version to fulfil 2025 deadline mostly another EP, or new build from mn_release branch
What a minute, so it's gonna be called 'LTSC 2022' as opposed to 'LTSC 2021'? If that's the case, then is that what is doing to help distinguish it from the IoT version?
