    Hi I thank you first of all for answering me.

    I have already checked through the “Dell Support Assist” program for updates and installed all the updates it was asking for.

    To date there are no new updates showing up.

    I also checked ser there was a TPM driver update for the device but to date there are none.

    The notebook at first when I bought it more than 3 years ago always ran fine, then it surely did some bios update by itself and never recovered.

    In the sense that sometimes when I turn it on by itself it goes into LCD test mode and then all the colors appear on the screen and to get out of this mode I have to hold down the power button.

    Other times while it is on it turns itself off.

    Instead there are days that it works perfectly.

    I've tried flashing all the bios that have been released by Dell, the latest being the Feb. 12, 2025, which is the version I posted for you, but even with this latest bios, the problem has not resolved.

    Unfortunately, I cannot remember which version of the bios I had previously in order to downgrade.

    @campione123

    Unfortunately, I can't think of anything good right now that could be there wrong. Only one thing - once you've installed a newer BIOS version, you can't go back to an older version with simple home remedies.
    The only thing I can recommend is to try reinstalling the TPM driver and if that doesn't work, try what happens if to restore the factory settings. I can't think of anything else or recommend anything else.
    Maybe sombody else knows.
