Dell Vostro 1310 Brick -- ROM ===> WPH = Possible ?

    hi guys,
    i flashed my dell vostro 1310 with the wrong bios and i was able to access the recovery mode . the Problem is i only have the Bios as Rom file and rename it to wph wont make it work so i wanted to know .
    is it possible to convert a rom to wph file ?
    i would really appreciate any help

    thank you tghoang but i already tried with this file .
    WPH and ROM are different .i take an example :
    acer always provide 2 files for flash, 1 rom for windows flash and 1 WPH for dos flash with phlash16 .i tried to rename the .rom file to .wph and flashed IT DIDNT work but it worked with the provided.wph .
    if somebody else has an idea ....
