Guys OfficeRTool crashes for no reason when I try to download, I thought it was my antivirus but disabling it did not help
If you are sure, that AV won't interfere and you have configured the needed exclusions: Do you have any special characters like brackets ([{)]}; ampersand &, quotations "" and/or spaces or german umlauts in path-/folder- or in username? If download-pathname is too long, try to shorten it. For example use c:\test
I tried using OfficeRTool Office 2013-2019 C2R Install v6.3 setupprofessional2019retail.x64.en-us they all installed office 2016 to my enterprise ltsb build 1607 system why can't i install office 2019. why 2019 setup installs 2016 all the time?
Use @abbodi1406 OfficeScrubber and try the install again. Also are you using a custom XML, if so, what does it look like?
Thanks for this cfg, however it seems to install bit older version, not sure if it suppose to be like that, current retail (monthly channel) is 16.0.10827.20138 while this channel (PerpetualVL2019) is stuck on 16.0.10336.20044
Yes, it's supposed to do that if installation is done online from CDN you can use it to install from local source with any version (e.g. ProPlus2019Retail.img)
Thanks for the comments Then, may be, I can create config1.xml (ProPlus2019Retail) for /download and config2.xml for /configure (PerpetualVL2019) to have the best of both world PS: Just made it. Is works !!!
