so, the logic is:
1) Clean any grace license (cleanospp.exe)
2) SLMGR all the required .xrm-ms
3) Add required ProductReleaseIds to registry.
Conversion Done.

I have the 3Gb office 2019 ISO but i can't do an offline instalation !!
I excute the setup without internet and it give me error 30125-1011(12007).
when i connect my PC, the installer try to download some thing!!!

is official iso/img ?
from where did you downloaded?

 

for the download I used a tool : Windows ISO Downloader
On my PC it worked, the installer use the ISO content
but on my friend's PC (without internet) installer require internet !!

EDIT :
the installation work OFFLINE when i decompress the ISO
But require internet when i try to install from the ISO loaded as virtual DVD

It not work like that ??
