If active SKU is 2019, updates are blocked regardless the channel

it does not work. only separation install of programs works!

 

....And about WINDOWS 10 1809, I have OFFICE PRO PLUS 2019 BUILD 16.0.10827.20150 installed here and I changed the channel to VOLUME, will it receive updates?For Office? I activated with KMS.

There's no reference. It's just a tested workaround to get the updates working.

Nothing is working. I remember I only needed to add the reg value to get updates. But nothing is working for me.

 

I meant a fresh Office install, not changing the registry value for "UpdateBranch". Enable verbose logging and then check the logs in %temp% and %windir%\temp for possible update errors.

Office 2019 = retail = x86/x64. When using the setup.exe of the root of the iso it always will install x86, should be good enough, x64 is only needed in specific conditions.
