    Because you are on Office 2019 VL channel and in that channel that is the last version. Switch to monthly for latest updates.

    ....And about WINDOWS 10 1809, I have OFFICE PRO PLUS 2019 BUILD 16.0.10827.20150 installed here and I changed the channel to VOLUME, will it receive updates?For Office? I activated with KMS.

    There's no reference. It's just a tested workaround to get the updates working.

    Nothing is working. I remember I only needed to add the reg value to get updates. But nothing is working for me.

    I meant a fresh Office install, not changing the registry value for "UpdateBranch". Enable verbose logging and then check the logs in %temp% and %windir%\temp for possible update errors.

    Did you try officertool to convert it to volume ?
