A new update has been released for Office Professional Plus 2021, version 2309 (Build 16.0.16827.20130).
If anyone can give us the direct link for download it from official website.

How to remove apps from office 2021 without remove all other I need remove Outlook, OneNote and Publisher?

 

Why do you have to remove them if you may not to install them at all?
It is much easier not to install them at all than to start removing them again later.
And in case you haven't heard anything about configuration, look up more information about it and use, for example, YAOCTRIR_Configurator.cmd, which will make the configuration file for you.

 

If you make a configuration file
Similar to original setup
And remove/ exclude outlook etc
It will work the same
