Just install them side by side in native vhds and compare yourself, there is no definitive answer until a real world test is done in first person.
xeon 4214R are similar cpu in ml350 gen10 current server in enterprise , you can use server 2022 safe
You need to use Windows Update. Manufacturer driver are often optimized for performance, not to be stable and/or problem free.
Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask, but I don't know where that might be. Currently running 21H2 v20348.2031. Will there ever be a Datacenter version of 22XXX with full UI? I think I'm asking the question I want answered.
