Do you happen to also have the RU6 mac client in EN ? The full RU6 download only had RU5 mac client, as mentioned earlier.

Hello all.

I just upgraded to 14.3.9205.6000 RU6 and found a few minor display bugs :

• Virus and Spyware protection settings / Download Insight / Notifications
  
  Contains "??????????????????????????????"
  
  Instead of "You should allow only files that you are sure are safe. Are you sure you want to allow this file?"
  
  ** Reverts to "??????????????????????????????" after reboot
  
  
  
• Client Management / Configure reboot options / Restart message
  
  Contains "安全風險矯正或新內容下載要求重新啟動此電腦。"
  
  Instead of "System needs to reboot" (or whatever the standard message is)
  
  ** Message change seems to stick
  
  
• Exceptions also seem to not auto-destruct... (so far)

Do you use "Protección de acceso web y en la nube" functions?

 

hello,
I use above all the options, in "traffic settings" the option "enable anti-mac spoofing"
and in "active response settings", the option "number of seconds to automatically block an attacker's IP address:" with the value "999999"

The "Cloud and web access protection" option is disabled, because it is disabled by the administrator or installed on a self-managed client.

 

OK I have not installed "Protección de acceso web y en la nube" (or ""Cloud and web access protection" in English) when Symantec SEP installation.

I wonder what happen to you if a new application or something is requiring to connect to the internet, how do you know?
Because I see this function desactivated in Firewall. I put in red in the picture.
In the image I put Explorer.exe example in my PC when is attempting to see remote folder (IP:172.28.121.4) in a distant computer to ask if I Allow or Deny such connection with this function enabled.

 

Dear, is it possible to find the last version in italian? Only client for Win64? thx.
