    os partition is 1tb, maybe is because i'm not login to a microsoft account, i really can't see what could be the problem. maybe anti-virus?

    I ran this build on my PC and get installation menu.
    My PC don't have secure boot and TPM 2.0

    you need a harddisk 64 gb or greater it has to do with tpm and secure boot

    No. I just checked if my PC run the installation.

    The error will appear after selecting the SKU, so not selected, nothing tested.

    It does it for you, when selected that option.

    You mean the first option?
    When I did that my old Core 2 quad PC showed the Windows Logo for a sec then it stuck on a flasing _ cursor
    The second option still has the message that the PC is not compatible but you can install it by the command line (as your instructions)
    BTW can I use an LTSC ISO?
