Strange then how I and many others have upgraded/clean installed Pro fine. And plz stop posting your wildly innacurate guff as statements of fact cos some ppl may actually believe it!
I am having some issues installing v2 of KB4016252. I had initially installed KB4016252 v1 a couple of days ago. Code: dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"D:\CAB\cabv1.cab" reboot success - .14 all good dism /online /remove-package /packagepath:"D:\CAB\cabv1.cab" reboot success - .00 original release all good dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"D:\CAB\cabv2.cab" errors out, complaining of manifest errors
Your machine originally came with a home edition and has embedded key, so that's what it is detecting, perhaps? If no key is found or provided, those Pro+Home ISOs will ask you what edition you want.

Has anyone confirmed what the differences might be with regard to the re-release? The hashes are different. But anything beyond that is not something that I am very familiar with. Thank you.
Welcome to my ignore list. Can't be doing with your nonsense any longer. No one called you a liar. Don't you consider it odd that only you are reporting this problem? I may be wrong but aren't you just back from a temporary ban for spamming drivel? Added to ignore list.
Did your PC come with Windows 10 Home OEM, then you upgraded to Win 10 Pro, if so install Win 10 Home, enter free upgrade key, reboot, now you will be on Win 10 Pro Unactivated, enter upgrade key you bought from Home to Pro, enter it to be activated.
