too late maybe(yes).. is there are adk,sdk,wdk,hlk,ewdk for this build(not exe but iso).. I look just next this OS(1709 aka FCU) does have iso beside exe it self in OP

[Facepalm] Sorry, I meant to say I have 1703 Enterprise installed. Is there an easy way to upgrade to 1709 Enterprise as well. Thanks very much.
