What is the difference between amd64_en-us.zip at 5.12GB vs the amd64_en-us.zip at 3.79GB?

I'm trying to create an ISO, I keep getting an error once at the "Creating install.wim" phase:

Because microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab is not yet available in public windows update servers

 

I just did a clean install and I found that on-demand file sync in onedrive is disabled by default (said option doesn't appear). It only appears after subscribing to receive insider builds and restarting.

Try to open one of these apps, it says ''Pending'' as if it is downloading.

 

I had the same problem, but after cleanup, it installed just fine, but it took sweet time to install/download.

Does anyone have any experience with Pro Workstation, do we have volume keys for activating with say Microsoft Toolkit on 16299.15?
(I made an ISO using UUP downloader and changing the WIM and EI to ProWorkstation Volume)

fresh install wow edge is very unresponsive ,task bar setting takes forever to load and etc this is the worst i seen in windows 10 back to1 5063. for now

I'm having a bug with this branch. Every time when i do a restart with an opened task manager, he back to open again.
Since 16281 this has happening with me here.

 

I downloaded net framework 3.5 no problem! install on demand, no problems

 

edge in this build is the fastest ever for me, totally stable, faster than previous build, wicked so far! no problems
