    Install.esd = approx. 33% smaller because of (recovery/LZMS) compression but not serviceable.

    If you want to be able to service the iso (such as patch it with later updates to produce a newer iso) then it has to be based on a .wim not an .esd. If you're not interested in doing that, it makes no difference, other than the .wim one being a little bigger.

    i just found this from an old post on reddit when i was searching for the iso, im confused because op's starting thread says build 18362, but i can only find 96245.
    can someone link me to the 18362 (LTSC)

    It should be fixed now, edited the post. Looks like DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does the trick for me.

    On my laptop, with defender disabled by MRP, sfc /scannow repaired the files without issues (not needed restorehealth), seems like a defender problem :)
