So I may have problems if running the latest Enterprise x64's UUP's setup.exe right after it is released instead of waiting for the new version to be released on WU? Why are frequently available two CUs on WU at the same time (I have to click below to install the most recent one)? Why doesn't it show the latest CU only?
Well that is how MSFT handle Feature Updates - they always stagger the release for various reasons. I seem to remember it was only a few weeks ago they announced 1903 was finally available for all users.

NORMAL enterprise and education get 6 months extended support, ltsc already gets 5+5 years of support.
Is there a newer version of the kb4517245 (1909 Enablement Package .387 - 10.0.1.5) because after i had installed manually the latest SSU and CU i got an offer to install Feature Update 1909 blah blah (even though it was already active by installing days ago the EP) along with the latest mrt tool (malicious recovery tool 890830) which seems to install again and again on every WU check.
