    I'm not on Insider/RP channel now, just had a "stable" 1903 installation, installed the EP and got 1909. I was like that for a month.
    Today i knew that we were gonna get officially the 1909 version and i wasn't expecting anything other than SSU+CU.
    Just got surprised that it mentioned "1909 feature update" in WU.

    Can you check what exactly got downloaded in "c:windows\softwaredistribution\downloads" (look at the dates)?

    @slackeritguy 1709 had 3.41 like in the screenshot. 1709 performs better in most games, has lower latency and allows more stable overclocks. This is one of the reasons why.

    That's the bad thing, i deleted everything because of the constant re-installation of the mrt tool.

    On my 18362.476 non ip install, it only downloaded the 1909 EP, build 18362.378, rebooting now.

    Installed kb4524570 on top of 18363.449.

    WU on reboot wanted to re-download the update but the download and install only took a few seconds without reboot.

    This seems to happen every update now if I install an update with a downloaded .MSU file.

    Nothing seems broken, just reporting in case other see the same odd behavior.
