LTSC 2021, the program is absent from this Windows version. I assume it's installed on normal Windows 10, perhaps along with the Microsoft Store. I don't need it, by the way, just saying that I don't have it.

I have no problems. it upgraded fine and i didn't lose anything. i went from 19044 SAC to 19044 LTSC. the only change i did was copied the oem certificates into install.wim and kept microsoft store in install.win
I showed it working on 2019 LTSC, no problems. Didn't need to that. Kept store in what wim? LTSC has no store to keep in, the store was taken over from the normal Enterprise.
the oem certificaes wre removed in the 2021 install.wim. I used a script to build the iso with the store kept in it
IoT is not available in all regions and languages, so: switch region to US. Reboot. Try again. switch language to en-US. Reboot. Try again.
