Hello, does anyone have 13th gen Intel CPU and 2021 LTSC installed?

I am using Windows 10 LTSC 1809 (os build 17763.3887) and how can I upgrade to 2021 latest LTSC version without losing application?

I'm completely lost... is there any ltsc version that is possible to activate or any way to activate the one contained in this topic. (other than the IoT)?

I also have a question regarding MAS.

My idea is to use KMS38 for now (as it's all local) and if needed, switch to HWID in the future (hwid verifies with MS...right?).
I've tested KMS38 on 2 systems now, one a virtual machine (vm) and the other hardware, both activations were successful.

However, at one point I discovered a webserver running on my hardware based install and not on my vm.
It got me wondering if MAS does install a local (kms)webserver to fake kms key re-activating?
The only thing that is currently running on my hardware install is Windows 10 ltsc 2021 + drivers + latest windows updates.

if the webserver isn't created by MAS, I'll wipe+reinstall.

 

It doesn't do that in KMS38. I'm not sure what you mean by a webserver.

 

I somehow have IIS Web Services installed and running on my systemdrive, which got installed without my knowledge.
No clue what's going on, but I wanted to rule out MAS as the possible source of installation.

Is there a very simple guide to getting 2021 IoT LTSC installed & set up? I'm running LTSB, and it's been a long time since I've done anything like this.

Would also appreciate a best practices guide or resource on getting rid of the telemetry post-install. Also haven't done that since I set up my current machine.
