What is the recommended image viewer in ltsc2021? Paint is the default viewer (useless), and wpv can be restored, but in post 19041 builds it gives out of memory errors.

Hi. Can someone please help? I'm very overwhelmed by the first post of this thread as there are tons of links. Are there instructions anywhere as to what we're supposed to do? I've downloaded the ISO of Win 10 N LTSC (IOT??) from Microsoft's website, installed it on a brand new system, and fully updated Windows (via Windows update). What am I now supposed to do to activate it? There are all sorts of links on the first page and I have no idea which to click on / download...

P.S. The PC shuts down automatically every hour. I thought it was only supposed to do that after the 3 month trial ends? It's only been a few days...

On the first post there is no activation mentioned at all, you can use the HWID tool mentioned in my signature or just use KMS_VL_ALL for KMS activation.

Doubtful that will be a non EVAL ISO, EVAL ISOs can't be activated beyond its 90 EVALuation period.

OK. I tried the HWID method and it doesn't work. Keeps saying (red writing):
The Software Licensing Service reported that the
    product SKU is not found.
    + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: :)) [Write-Error], WriteErrorException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.WriteErrorException,winactivate.ps1

I used KMSpico for Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit for years without a problem. You just download the standard ISO from Microsoft, use the KMSpico program to activate and done..for years. After many years, I moved to Win 10 Pro which I fully payed for, that was around 6 months ago however I would like to use LTSC version instead due to it's less bloat, less telemetry (but still there), less memory usage, less processes, etc. So how do I do this safely? I thought it was like other versions of Windows where you just download and install the official ISO from Microsoft and then activate it via a tool (program, command prompt stuff, script, etc.)? Is there a step-by-step guide for people like me who just want to run Win 10 LTSC instead of Win 10 Pro? I thought that's what this thread was for?

you probably didn't installed the correct version, but instead the EVAL iso, like Enthousiast already said.
there is no way to activate this "test" version, you will have to download the correct "non-EVAL" version and install it fresh. after that you can activate it with massgravels activation script, hwid tool or kms vl all.

How come with Windows Home and Pro, the "eval" ISOs from Windows activate just fine but not LTSC? Aren't all versions/releases of Windows "eval" versions until the user activates them? Every time I've activated versions of Windows in the past, I've always used the official Windows ISO directly from the Microsoft website.

Do I download "AIO standalone script" or "Traditional pack"?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to understand things. With Win 8.1 Pro, I simply downloaded the ISO directly from Microsoft's site (I guess it's an "eval" version) then used KMSpico to activate it and within one or 2 clicks, I was done. It seems things are more complex with trying to activate LTSC?...

All in the download section of the OP of this thread, direct ISO download or by SVF(SFX).
There is no Home or Pro EVAL ISO, only ENTERPRISE and ENTERPRISE LTSC EVAL ISOs exist.
Has nothing to do with this but both will activate it the same way, AIO is more noob proof, imho.
With all Windows ISOs it's the same, download the correct ISO, install it and activate it.

LTSC 2021 only support KMS and MAK, no MSDM

Sorry for being a n00b... But I'm looking for Windows 10 iot ltsc 2021 NL-NL.
For the non iot version there are a lot of different languages, also NL-NL but for iot there is only EN-US.

Can someone shed a light on this?
