Is the CRC-64 posted here a mistake ?

    BLAKE2sp, CRC-32, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512, SHA3-256, SHA3-512 all check out on both iso's I got on the main page

Please don't use colored txt, it's not readable on certain forum themes.

CRC-64 is part of the CRC tool provided by 7zip.

Alright, I got C0F56274BA0EDAC8 out of 7zip as well.
I was using other software that was giving me
    CRC-64:148bad761ffafa7b

Thank you for the colour heads up !

In the past there was some inconsistency between different tools hashing with crc32 (iirc).

There are different implementations, to my knowledge, some are meant for text and exclude the line endings, for consistency between Windows (0x0d0a), Linux, (0x0a) and old Mac OS (0x0d).

    I'm using LTSB 2016 - 1607, should I upgrade to this version?

That's entirely up to you. If you don't miss anything in LTSB 2016, no need to upgrade, yet.

I am getting directory not found on the first 2 download links.

What can I use for a fresh install?

Yes, the provider's on the fritz. You need to user the SVF(SFX) Repositories, in the meantime.
