Question, does camera functionality work with LTSC (N) edition? Zoom for example.

So that's why expand.exe fails to extract the cab file :)

Not officially. There's 3rd party solutions but they change some of the appearance and i think require patching.

    1. Is en_windows_10_enterprise_2016_ltsb_x64_dvd_9059483.iso still the latest EN x64 iso available?
    2. Is there anything tricky about getting updates? I usually manually install the latest SSU (KB4565912), then the latest CU (KB4571694), and then anything WU decides to download.

@Espionage724 Latest is 2019 and it's now called LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel)

    Enterprise 2019 LTSC

Edit: I assumed you were asking what the latest LTSB/C was.

2016 LTSB never got a refresh ISO
Use WHD. WHD does not support 2016 LTSB anymore.

It was a test for @haz367 and it turned out he only didn't have enough free working space.

ok, but I would like to integrate the latest CU into LTSB. Let me see if the newest W10UI works.

x86 will need a fix, published at the W10UI post, x64 never had a problem with offline integrating updates.

Is it possible to go from ltsb 2016 to ltsc 2019 without fresh installing?

I have downloaded LTSB iso from @LostED mirror ,
what are the steps to make it up to date ?
Is it same as LTSC + W10UI ?
Also in what order do I need to update ?
There must be a lot of them
