There was a videogame that was released when 1607 was current. It broke in 1803 for some esoteric reason. Took months for the publisher to get off their ass and fix it. I can't rely on developers to support a new windows every six months.
Doh! Add reg files post setup. Some settings wont be applied because of limited permissions, some services greyed out for example. You would need to run them from something like Power Run to be applied.
No OEM_DM for LTSC, doesn't exist. OEM_COA_NSLP will just give the 'Activated' message but no 'Digital License'.
Digital License is a server-sided system and LTSC isn't part of that system (in opposite to older LTSB 2015/6). Nothing can be done here.
