Thanks for the prompt reply.... Did exactly as advised, FAT32 format & .ISO extraction to root, Booted fine but still have the Something went wrong OOBEREGION error half way through setup
Went into BIOS & disabled virtualization technology, repeated install from beginning yet same error.

 

Is the install done online? If so, try offline.

 

I've always installed images offline to prevent any mod attempts from MS

I want to get LTSC 2019 x64 msdn iso (the rereleased one, and NOT the N version), last few days have been a mess searching for this info.
Also, does anyone know any updated site which lists all msdn content.

There was a videogame that was released when 1607 was current. It broke in 1803 for some esoteric reason. Took months for the publisher to get off their ass and fix it.

I can't rely on developers to support a new windows every six months.

 

Especially enthousiasts who do it in their spare time, they got lives aswell.

 

I meant to activate and disable GP/Registry features and settings not the OS lol

 

Doh! Add reg files post setup. Some settings wont be applied because of limited permissions, some services greyed out for example. You would need to run them from something like Power Run to be applied.

 

Is it possible to get digital activation on ltsc with online oem dm key ?

 

KMS38 will be the best, or just KMS_VL_ALL.

No OEM_DM for LTSC, doesn't exist. OEM_COA_NSLP will just give the 'Activated' message but no 'Digital License'.

 

And are there any ways to get digital license except kms ?

 

Digital License is a server-sided system and LTSC isn't part of that system (in opposite to older LTSB 2015/6). Nothing can be done here.
