    Hello S1ave,

i have an question to the tool S-M-R-T SVF2ISO CONVERTER:
I loaded the tool on your Github page. The unzipped file contains all data! It's all ok so far. I want to start the CMD and get the following message:

"Current directory contains spaces in its path. Please move or rename the directory to one not containing spaces."

Normally the special CMD should start but somehow it doesn't work?

To use the tool, put it in into a folder with no spaces in it's path, i.e: d:\sfv2iso\.

For support please use the respective thread: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...03-ltsb-2016-2015-server-2016-techbench.77028 :D.

Guys, so I'm going to take the step this week and make the switch over to either LTSC or Server 2019. But I need help. I will be using the OS for content creation and gaming. However I won't be needing or using the store app. Does LTSC/Server have DirectX 12? That being said, I want to stay far away from bloatware. I heard in LTSC 2019 there are some features and apps left behind from the regular versions including Xbox and People. Is this true? I also heard when using Server 2019, many things are disabled by default and there are some business/server forced features. I'm new to GPO/GPedit but have seen some videos on them. My goal is to disable all Microsofts spyware features and remove all bloatware. I would like to have it bare bones because I do have other programs, drivers, and codecs that will be taking place of the removed bloatware. I'm in this dilemma where I don't know which to choose as others have recommended both. My priorities are bloatware and privacy. Which one would be easier to handle LTSC or Server? If so does anyone have the settings for GPedit/GPO for recommended disabling telemetry, features, services, etc. Also anything else I should be aware of? I greatly appreciate any help that I receive, I do appreciate this forum and really do appreciate the hard work many individuals put into maintaining the site and helping others! This is truly a great place!

Just downloaded SVF2ISO and am currently downloading LTSC19, consumer version.

I remember couple of months ago I tried ltsc19 but I couldn't activate it, can someone confirm if I'll be able to activate it with this iso?

    Thanks!

You can activate it with a KMS solution

I'm only asking because I'm afraid the "LTSC19" is EVAL and I won't be able to activate it like last time

Should I keep downloading it or download the LTSC19_2_VLSC iso? Thanks for the quick reply!

    Go with LTSC.

Both have DX 12 but Server will have the extra software needed for server stuff that you won't use, behaves differently by default that wouldn't be desirable on a desktop OS (e.g., annoying password requirements and others as you already pointed out), and in my experience using a Server OS as a desktop (last time was Windows 2000...), some software meant/licensed for workstations/consumer will detect you are running a Server OS and refuse to install.

You can see it in the iso name if it's EVAL or not after conversion

im on ver 14393/1607 ltsb 2016 and trying to update to 1809 ltsb/(or c?). im only trying to do this for directx features and am extremely confused about the exact build I need. I don't want to svf/download 80patches, just one straight iso if possible. upgrade and keep files would be ideal. There was several issues with the original release of 1809 but I can't tell which .1x build that wass and what is the most current/stable iso I should use. From what I have seen, the various tools aren't updated past the initial 1809 broken release? that doesn't sound right though.

The re-released one is 17763.107. Search for the sha1 and you'll find it. D5B2F95E3DD658517FE7C14DF4F36DE633CA4845

I downloaded the N LTSC 2019 version and used abbodi's script to integrate the updates, but I removed the ei.cfg from the ISO, will this ask me for a key now and prevent installation?
