    So is the difference just that more updates are included in the february refresh ISO? Assuming I installed both ISOs and fully updated both, would I have identical systems?

    Or is there another difference?

    Integrating/installing the updates will result in the same build nr = the same install.

    The first one on your list is one of the earliest, which I am using with no problems. As long as you do a clean install it doesn't matter which one you use as long as you receive Windows Updates.

    Whats best guys clean install and then let Windows Update or Integrate updates offline ……….your thoughts please...…...
